User downloads and LDAP labels
we would like to utilize user downloads in KACE - my understanding is this must be done by the user group. I have created an LDAP label by OU that when tested shows it has 31 entries. when applied to a label though, it only has 2. Obviously, I'm missing something. I've combed through other users questions on the board and none of the solutions seem to work for us. Ultimately, I just want a way for end-users to download software based off of their department.

Your User has to login to be evaluated and added based on your LDAP Label Criteria.
You see the 31 entries because your Filter and BaseDN are being evaluated against your AD.
But in order for a user to be added to that LDAP label, it needs to login or be imported\re-imported.
