I would love to see a new feature that includes a form for new hires and terminations for tracking assets and keep the data with the assets.  Would be great for managing my systems.  I could even see using the KACE GO App to sign off on the equipment.  This could be much like a POS system today where they put the tablet in front of you to sign for your cup of coffee.

It is perfectly possible to define an d implement a process using service desk that allows for the allocation of assets to the enduser. Implementing Asset Management best practice to then monitor track and change the asset ownership throughout the lifecycle of the asset or employment of the employee would then provide simple reporting within KACE. May I suggest you look here to see if the Owner scan capability would make life easier for you to do part of that?
