User Password Reset
We have a Kace test server. One of ours forgot their local account password to sign in,
What is the easiest way to reset it.

if you can still login with another user you can reset the password under Settings | User.
If you forgot the password for the admin user, you can use the local console:
user: netidag
pass: netdiag
command: reset_admin_password

If you have version 8.x or newer, you can do it via Netdiag menu on the console
