Hi,
how do you start the installation with the MST-file? Please give us your command line and some more info.

msiexec /i \\server\*.msi TRANSFORMS=\\server\*.mst /qb-

If you're not including the transform in the installation line, it won't work.

After reviewing what you wrote, I'm not sure I really understand the question. The custom installation wizard creates a transform to an msi. This transform will be populated with all the choices that you make when you ran the custom installation wizard. However, you have to go through the complete installation wizard, entering the appropriate information and checking the appropriate boxes in order to create the transform. Once the transform is created, you apply it against the msi so you don't have to re-enter all the information repeatedly.
