VBScript to abort install with exit code

In need of VBscript which gives a pop-up message to user

Case 1: User clicks OK button of pop-up message --> go ahead with install
Case 2: User doesnt click on OK button and ignores, wait for 15min and abort installation with some exit code

Please advice
