Viewing Service Desk tickets with organizations

I have divided the company up into three organizations. Each have their own ticket queues. As an admin, is there a way I can log in to the default organization and see all of the combined tickets in one view? Is there a way to set up a custom view so that I can see all of these in one view?

Other then reports you won't. That is the purpose of ORGS to keep it all separate. You shouldn't be able to see tickets from one ORG and another. You can see tickets within different queues that are in one ORG.

That's what I expected. It's like a parent with three children and sending them all to their rooms. I want to be able to sit in the living room and monitor them all. I don't want to have to go down the hall and peek in to each room.

I'm going to look in to Reports and see if there is something useful I can pull out of there. Thanks again.
