Virtual and Physical servers
Hello
I want to Create the servers that listed down
I have Allready 3 Physical server.
I want to create a virtual server .
I want to join each 2 servers together(Phsycal+Virtual).
Which two servers can I join them together with best performance.?
I will install Windows server 2012 on all server
What you recomended for this Scenario ?

DC = physical
file server = physical
backup = physical also make second DC
Spice/PaperCut/Proxy = virtual on file server
AV = virtual on backup

You mean make a another DC (virtual) on the same backup server ??

Make it separated on physical machine

I would make the backup a physical box and also make that a DC for redundancy. Never vitalize the DC's. So you would have 3 physical boxes (the primary DC, The file server, and the backup server (also a secondary DC) then create Virtual s on the File and backup servers for the other services. - SMal.tmcc 10 years ago
