We cannot get SQL Natvive Client 2012 to install using SCCM

We can run the MSI silently for a command prompt with by adding IACCEPTSQLNCLILICENSETERMS=YES.

The SCCM Installation is: msiexec /i IACCEPTSQLNCLILICENSETERMS=YES "sqlncli.msi" /q

The computer picked up the install and showed installing for hours.  It finally failed with SCCM error code 0x87D00213(-2016411117).

I am looking at the APPENFORCE log but I am not finding anything.

try adding logging to the msi install

/l*v

could be a prereq is missing or it does like installing as system but does as user.  That should show in the install log
