For NT4 & Win98 click here.
For W2K - click here (make sure your sysprep.exe is at least version: 5.0.2195.2104 because older versions have a reported ACPI hang problem.
For XP, click here. On your CDs, look in the following compressed file: \Support\Tools\Deploy.cab
