Why do i get a "Push Server Registration Failure" on my Mobile App v2.1?

We just updated our appliance to the new v6 and have enabled the mobile device options on both the appliance and user (me).  I'm an admin user on the appliance and I can access the tickets on my mobile app (iOS 7) but i get an error that says "Push Server Registration Failure" every time I open the app.  Any help will be greatly appreciated as we want to roll out this great product to our techs.

The "Push Server Registration Failure" dialog is displayed when the app attempts to register with the KACE push server (used to forward K1 ticket push notifications to Apple's APNS service), but it can't reach it.  Perhaps your network doesn't allow access to the Internet?

If push notifications are not important to you, you can disable notifications on the Settings app... the app should no longer be given an APNS token, it should no longer attempt to register with the KACE push server, and you shouldn't see that message any more.

Hope this helps.
