Why is the label detail screen for # of computers different than the Smart Label #
If I look at a specific label on the label screen it will say I have 652 computers. If I click on the Smart Label it lists 115 more computers - I have checked the criteria and it's correct so why do these not match? I am getting more into detailed reporting and finding out that they are not correct because we get different numbers in different places for labels.

Smart Labels apply to devices ONLY when they check-in (and are re-evaluated each check-in). However, when you view a Smart Label through inventory, the results will show as if you ran the query on ALL devices. If you have a large amount of devices in KACE, chances are those two numbers will always be slightly different.
