Wifi hotspot in WIndows 8.1

I am sharing my internet in Motog android mobile through wifi hotspot.

If it is windows 7 and linux, then I am able to use this internet.

But if it is windows 8.1, then I am able to connect to the wifi but unable to use internet.

Any suggestions?
