Pop up messages appear when uninstalling "OpenText Imaging Windows Viewer 10"
"OpenText Imaging DesktopLink 10.0.0 - 64 bit.msi" is installing "PrtInst.exe" in user mode at location "%appdata%\local\Temp" and in system context at location "%windir%\Temp".When I am trying to move this exe in "%appdata%\local\Temp" it throws an error "call function dAddBlackIcePrinter not found , error codes : 7" sometimes and sometime not at the time of installation.When m trying to uninstall this msi with mst then it opens a pop-up "Windows Explorer is running".Either we have to click on ok or cancel to continue the uninstallation.I have added four properties in msi also:
MSIRESTARTMANAGERCONTROL=Disable; MSIRESTARTMANAGER=1 ; MSIRMSHUTDOWN=2; MSIDISABLERMRESTART=0
But still behaving the same.
Please suggest some solution asap.Thanks in advance
