Wise convert Visio viewer.exe to .MSI

Hello,
I'm rookie in Packaging and i would like know, How convert an installer .exe in MSI with WIse for windows INSTALLER.

Con you help me, please?

Tartar ukid,

Extract the vviewer.exe into a new folder, and you should find the .msi in there. Therefore, it is not necessary to repackage it.

But can you tell me, how convert Winzip 8.1 because it's a .exe file?

I would repackage Winzip if I were you, it is a simple application to repackage with WPS, for instance.

ok, but there are many dependence with keys register!
I've tested the snapshot with WPS but no success!

Can you explain me please, how i do?

Make sure you use a clean computer when you do the repackaging. By that I mean you need to have a minimum of applications installed. Install only the Wise package studio. First, use the SetupCapture Configuration tool. Make sure to follow the description on each step word by word. Then, do a snapshot, install winzip and do any configuration changes you need on it. Reboot after the install (you should always reboot, Wise will restart automatically) snapshot again and there you go. This worked beautifully for me first time.
