Word 2007 crashes on Server 2008 R2 terminal services

Hello, 

We have a windows server 2008 R2 32-bit with Office 2007 installed and a document management application. The document management calls Word 2007 to register documents. Word sometimes crashes and the only way to document management application can use Word again is by deleting the user profile. I need help because there are many users who are constantly using the word and he crashes many times.

Did you install any addin on Word 2007? Is word 2007 alone working as expected?

  • I didn't install Word, it was already installed. There are several addins installed. Word alone was never tested, only via terminal services. - sergiofm 9 years ago
