XP sysprep autologin into non-admin acount

So here's basically what I'm trying to do:

I got a bunch of comp labs with the only thing differing between them is the printer installed on them and a link on the desktop to a particular network share. I'd love to be able to assign printer via AD but I'm not in control of AD and someone as low as me on the totem pole has no pull. (why am I in charge of the K2000?)

Anyway here's my idea, We have the admin account all set up to help people and fix the machine and we have another account called "Profiler", this is the account that we set up and then copy over the defualt profile. Instead of logging into the admin account I'd like to instead log into "Profiler" and install printers and my shortcut, maybe an odd program or 2, as post-install tasks, then copy the "Profiler" over Default User.

I'm rather sure I can do this in windows 7 no problem, but the students use XP.
The desktop shortcut I can insert into the Default Profile regardless of any solution, so it basically comes down to getting those printers.

Any ideas would be welcome.

Using rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry you can add printers for all users. Are these network printers or local ones?
