XPS 13 9350 USB Imaging - System reboots in middle of executing task

I've compiled our laptop image into a USB deploy media along with a new WINPE 10 environment. The Win10 PE Environment is the solution for the BSOD issues that my WINPE 3 environment was encountering.
To this point I've got the image booting, prompting to wipe the computer, and gets to "Updating Configuration for OS Tools" and then I see a CMD prompt that indicates a X:\KUID and then the system reboots at which point it comes up with a NO BOOT DEVICE FOUND.

Any thoughts on this?

Update:

In researching I'm find some incompatibility with my current images which were built using VM Player. The issue appears to be that my images currently don't support UEFI which is why I believe this XPS 13 isn't completing the tasks. As previously noted the device restarts and finds no boot device which means that the partitioning I'm doing up top isn't able to be read by the UEFI BIOS.
I've started to recreate my image with EFI support but now having trouble even getting the VM to PXE boot as I cannot seem to get the network interface to obtain an IP address. If it is of any consequence the settings are "Bridged" Mode (have tried NAT) but the MAC address of the NIC in the EFI Boot Manager doesn't match any of my MAC address for any LAN connections.
I get 'Start PXE over IPv4' and it goes back to the Boot Manager screen..

Again... anyone have success in building UEFI this way? Am I doing it all backwards?

Thank you

Update #2

After much work and looking online I found that Kace doesn't support PXE with UEFI. I proceeded to create a EFI enabled boot stick with Rufus and mounted my PE 10 KBe to it with a Fat32 file system (else it wouldn't get past the UEFI Boot screen). I was able to capture the image I created on the VM Player.
Upon deploying the image I ran into the "Windows could not configure one or more components..." message and found that this was due to I didn't bake in the KB (https://support.software.dell.com/k2000-systems-deployment-appliance/kb/147769) so I recaptured with that in it. And I STILL get the same messsage. Dell asked me to deselect all drives other than the one I was imaging to and I still have the same issue.

BIOS is version 1.2.3
Set to UEFI > Enable Legacy Boot Options
Sata Mode - RAID
