You get the software from inventor8 disk1 under:

bin\acadfeui\PoweredByVoloView\VV3Bz.exe

To get to the msi just extract VV3Bz.exe into a directory.

The installer for Powered by Volo View is pretty much like Volo View 3 without the need for inputting the 2 license codes.

The commandline I used is -

msiexec /i voloview.msi /liwe voloinstall.log /qb INSTALLDIR="c:\Program Files\Volo View" CAD_SILENT_LICENSE=YES ADDLOCAL=ALL USERNAME="username" COMPANYNAME="companyname"

You MUST uninstall previous versions of voloview before installing this one, however I do not know how to uninstall any/all versions of voloview unattended, & autodesk only offers this lame manual uninstall article, which is pretty pointless.
