It seems that it is not getting license agreement file so copy file License.FR
(As your doing french version ) from license folder present with source to same folder where setup.exe is present and then delete the license folder. then execute the iss file as follows
e.g .
setup.exe -s -f1c:\install.iss

i tried many ways and finally the above solution worked for me. - See more at: http://www.itninja.com/question/epson-easy-mp-installshield-exe-file-problem#sthash.DWefvLWx.dpuf

After many tries I found a silent installation way, here it is.

unzip the exe file. You'll have now a setup.exe file. Unzip it too.
Then you get 2 folders : Instdata and language.
Open a command prompt on the folder Instdata. You must be inside Instadata to run the following command :

setup.exe /r
Answers all windows like you do for a normal install.
When done, the installation ends.
Now navigate to your windows folder and copy the setup.iss file to the Insdata folder

Now you want to run the install silently ? so simply run setup.exe /s

It will read all informations stored in the iss file.
Be sure to uninstall previous version before running both above commands, otherwise the installation will failed

Well, Epson is now up to version 2.84 and I'm having a difficult time because of the license pop-up.... But here's what you can do for an "almost silent installation"....

Follow the instructions above to get the setup.iss file and copy it into the Instdata directory (same place you're keeping the extracted files from EMP_NSCInst.exe).

Running the InstData\setup.exe file on the target machine ends up extracting (and running) more files, so you will need to run not only setup.exe with the /s silent switch, but include (add) the command to add the silent run to any additional files that are called. This is done with the additional switches of /a /s . (Refer to documentation on http://unattended.sourceforge.net/installers.php)

What you end up with is

filepath\setup.exe /s /a /s /f2C:logs\epsoneasymp.txt

working. The /f2 switch creates the log file (C:\epsoneasymp.txt) . The only problem I'm still having is the darn license agreement still popping up. This seems unique to Epson EasyMP 2.84, as documented in http://www.itninja.com/question/epson-easy-mp-installshield-exe-file-problem
