Start the installer and copy the msi from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Wise Installation Wizard. You probably want to rename it to something sensible. Then if you want to install it with the progress bar and add the British English dictionary use:

msiexec /i FinalDraft8.MSI ADDLOCAL="Complete,English_British" ALLUSERS=1 /passive

For other languages use e.g. InstEd It! and look in the Feature section to check what the language you want is called.
