to extract mpsrpt_dirsvc.exe and mpsrpt_network.exe do this

mpsrpt_dirsvc.exe /c /t:"<directory path>"
mpsrpt_network.exe /c /t:"<directory path>"

and then I use copy *.* from the directory path to the directory I would to paste the files.
