Spartan 04 has an MSI file in the root of the media. However, when using msiexec /i /qb on Windows 7 x64 it will error about installation of the HASP driver. Despite the error, Spartan 04 still functions properly once the installer is finished.

To create a truly silent installation, I needed to repackage Spartan with AppDeploy Repackager. The application repackaged easily and installation worked well.
