Admin User Logs

Are there change logs for example of which admin user deployed this script to what machine or label?

I think this level of auditing was added in 5.3... if not, it should be in 5.4. I'm still on 5.2, so I can't remember exactly. I DO know it's coming if it isn't already there.

EDIT: And I can't guarantee this level of granularity, but I know auditing - in general - is in 5.3 or coming in 5.4. However, in 5.2 and earlier I'm reasonably certain there is no way to track this.

Some items currently have a history of changes to that item. E.g. machines, Assets,MIs scripts, tickets. But not all things have this today.

To find this history just open the specific item you want and scroll to the bottom of that page.

If a script is modified, yes. But what if someone uses "Run Now"? I think that's what the OP is implying.

A history would not be shown that is tied to a user. The best you could do today on that is check the access log to see what IP address hit that URL. That would be more of a forensics technique then an auditing / reporting technique.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
