Asset Descriptors
Anyone care to share their favorite asset listings for peripherals - printers, lcd projectors, interactive whiteboards, digital cameras, digital video categories, etc.
I'm sure that over folks out there have already done this and may have already solved the problems.

We have asset types for computers, printers, monitors, cameras, projectors, and networking equipment (switches and APs basically). The common fields are Make, Model, Serial, Asset #, Purchase Date, Vendor, User and Notes.
