can anybody suggest me free port (UDP & TCP )monitoring tools

can anybody suggest me free port (UDP & TCP )monitoring tools , in my environment UDP port which is used for audio purpose, it was  crashing some times , so i need to monitor what excatly the issue is .;

Give portmon a try if you're on Windows. If you want to know what ports are open, try nmap too.
