Cant change a process ticket parent to complete

I have an change process parent ticket where the three child tickets are all marked status complete. The process status on the parent ticket is marked as In Progress. How do close out this process or where do I look to find out why it is not happening

is the process set to automatically set the parent to closed when all children are closed? If the answer to that is yes, then log it with support as it may be a bug. I vaguely remember having this kind of issue with 10.1 or 10.2, and not being able to set the status of the parent ticket as the field was ultimately not available within the ticket view for the parent.

You might need to take ownership of the parent ticket (apply or save) then you should be able to select the process complete from the Choose Action drop down.
