what version of SMA do you use?
when did it start?
This sounds like the daily charlieroot-Mail which cannot be delivered to the root-User of your appliance due to the email settings.
If you are unsure open a SR with KACE and add a screenshot and the email settings (you can use the email report ( https://support.quest.com/kb/189044/ ) to do so)
