Dell Command | Monitor no data available

Environment

KACE SMA 12.0.149 with Agents on 12.0.38

Dell Command | Monitor 10.6.0.150 and 10.2.0.432

The Problem

I wanted to try to use Dell Command Monitor and see what kind of info I could get, so I installed it manually on my machine.

Worked like a charm*, but then I tried deploying it via MI. Installed on some machines in a test label.

Not one of them report info.

*Wrong temp limit, generating lots of alarms on the Latitude 3420

What I tried / info

Restarting the service;
Install both latest and pre-built in KACE SMA versions of DCM;

I'm able to get WMI info via powershell

I thought it needed more time, but it has been weeks with the software installed (back burner project), still nothing.

Questions

How does K1000 check for the presence of Dell Command Monitor?
Why, even if it clearly shows that Dell Command Monitor is installed on the machine, it doesn't try to get the WMI Classes' information?

Any workarounds?

Well, solved the problem

KACE get this info via powershell scripts, be sure the endpoint Execution Policy is RemoteSigned or AllSigned.

EDIT: Actually it was an agent bug, as our machines are in Portuguese the script didn't find the correct string indicating that Powershell Execution Policy needed to be bypassed. It's fixed after version 12.
