Dell GX520 imaging video card issue windows 7

Hello, I am trying to image some Dell GX520 desktop computers and running into some issues that are related to the video card I believe. I have the same issues when I imaged the same model with Microsofts SCCM as well. After the imaging is complete the system hangs for 20 or more minutes at the Windows startup screen. It eventually logs in and runs without issue. For now to correct this I have to disable the video driver, which is for an Intel 82945G express chipset, with the newest driver. Once this is disabled the system boots as like any other Windows computer in a couple of minutes. Has anyone else run into this issue with this model or Intel chipset?

What happens if you use a postinstall task to deliver the driver (rather than using the driver repositories on K2 and Win7)? Is there a version of the driver that doesn't have this behavior?

It is the most current driver I could find at both Dell and Intel's site. Strange thing is now I captured a Windows 7 image from a different Dell model. When this image is applied to teh GX520 the video card issue goes away. I will test it on a couple more GX520s, just not sure why this behavior happens if Windows is installed from the source files, but not an image.

just to follow up, this looks to be an issue with an old BIOS, once updated the video card driver works fine
