Deploying an image gets stuck

I captured an image and then tried to deploy it. It first said that it would take 50 minute. Now about 70 minutes have passed and it says there are 6 minutes remaining but it has said that for about 10 minutes and the same file is showing in the window.

I tried a different image to the same computer successfully.I tried deploying it to another computer - same story. This time it did get farther but still did not complete.

Windows 7, Kace K2100 3.5.80613

What should I try?

Thanks. Jane

I had this problem it came down to those files on the master were the problem.  I ran chkdsk on master it fixed some, ended up copying those files from another machine and recaptured and the image was fine after that.

It came down to all the files in a certain subdir were the ones hanging, I deleted the subdir and recopied it from another machine.

I would agree that you have a corrupt file that is hanging up.  You need to recapture your image.  It would be a good practice to always run chkdsk before capturing.
