How to block email from Service Desk in K1000

I need to block an email address from generating tickets. It's an outside entity that we no longer want to generate tickets.

How would I go about this?

You can add the email in "System Email Exclusion" list under Service Desk Configuration->Configure Service Desk Email Preferences
