Hi All,
I have a probem in deploying the application through active directory GPO. The MSI provided by the vendor does not support the advertising, so we created the MST that supports advertising and we test with msiexec /ju and /jm command its working fine in the local machine, then we assigned this msi with mst to the user through the active directory GPO. but when we login as a user, the package is not getting advertised. Please advice.

Not sure what is broken but maybe you could open the MSI and MST together with Orca and save them meged together into a new MSI and try publishing that. I know it destroys the idea of using a MST but it might be worth a shot.
I wouldn't be suprised if the advertising data is imported via the MSI and it ignores the MST.
