Issue with manual install of client

I am attempting to installed the KBOX agent via the user portal. According to the guided tour/setup docs it states the agent installer should display on the user portal in the software section. Unfortunately the agent is not listed there. Any help?

I noticed this as well and wasn't able to figure it out on my own. I'm assuming something changed and the documentation wasn't updated as there are a few things in the startup documents that don't exactly line up with what is actually happening in KBOX.

The guided tour helps walk you through creating this if memory serves... While the tour is neat for accomplishing a frew things, it's more important that you learn how to do it for real. If you haven't already started your JumpStart training make sure you let your trainer know you're interested in this topic.

Note that you can publish the Agent installer in the software library (User portal), but be aware that it can only be a *download*- the agent is required for an installer or a script.
Here are the basic steps:
1- Find the software title in the software inventory
2- Upload the desired payload (In this case Kinstallersetup.exe)
3- On the service Desk tab go to the Software library
4- Add new software library item
