KBE Windows 11 PE to deploy Windows 10
If I build a Kace SDA KBE with Windows 11 media and ADK, can I also use that KBE to deploy Windows 10?

yes, you can always deploy older OS with newer KBE. Sometimes (if there is a real difference between both) there may be a problem with the driver feed since it assumes then a W11 driver pack, but overall there is no problem.
