K1000 Smart Labels with exeptions
I need to create a label for installing a software on desktop computers with exeptions.
I have desktops where the software needs to be installed and other desktops where the software does not need to be installed. All the desktops are member of a smart label named HW- Desktops
How to create the label to do this task?

Create a manual label for those 3 or 4. Then create a smart label with "Label Names = HW- Desktops AND Label Names != Manual Label Name". Give it a name of something that matches your software. Then push the software to that label.
Do they all share the same subnet? Are they all the same model?
I'm not sure how many machines you are talking about, but you can create a custom inventory rule for those the do or do not need it. Then make a new smart label.
Label Names = HW- Desktops
AND "Custom Inventory" contains "random field".

Or you could create a label and manually populate it with the machines you want to target (or don't - whichever is less) and create a new smart label as dgullett suggested, using (for the second criteria) Label Names = "new label" if the new label contains targeted machines (or Label Names != "new label" if the new label contains the ones you don't).

De desktops are diferent models, HP or Dell and they are also in diferent subnets.

You will need some criteria to determine what computers to install on or you can as suggested create a manual label.
The short answer is that you need some criteria to determine which desktops need the software installed. If it's an arbitrary list of computers that you have then you can import data into the Assets module to help:
