Linked appliance dropdown is missing on KACE SMA
We have both the SMA and the SDA. The SMA is 13.2, the SDA is 9.2. Linked appliances are setup on both, enabled on both, and test connect to each other successfully. However, the drop down to switch appliances only appears on the SDA, not on the SMA. See Screensnips below. I've tried googling and RTFM, but it only covers setting up linking, which is done, not how to show or hide this dropdown.

Hello,
I would try using the actual IP addresses as sometimes just using FQDN may not resolve out even though the communications test passes. That test is just a basic ping, so it might not be able to pick up on protocol issues.

Did you set up the link using the Domain name or the IP address as that may make a difference
