MSI for SMS 2003 secondary server installation?

Hi. Has anyone built a Windows Installer MSI for installing SMS 2003 secondary site servers? We would like to put a lot of standard configuration info in the MSI and use dialog boxes or MST for the site-specific info. Anything to watch out for?
