Need Online shell script to run as logged in user

Need to verify if a file exists here "c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\pdTOOLS.bundle\20.0\pstools.dll" and respond with a success or failure status.  Current file verify kscript works fine with 6.0 agents but fails and is know issue with 6.4 agents.
