We have a key employee terminating today who is an owner on their Queue tickets as well as within many processes tickets. Could someone help me create a script or a custom ticket rule that would change the ownership on all of their "not closed" tickets?

You can do this from the ticket list.

  1. Select the queue
  2. Perform an advanced search for the owner's open tickets
  3. Select all
  4. Choose Action, Reassign, Select the new technician
