Network Printer Question

Hello. I'm a scripting newb so please bear with me. In my network, we have 5 subnets. We have 3 print servers the 1st and 2nd floor use printserver 1, the 3rd and 4th floor user printserver2, and floor 5 uses print server3.

Does anyone have a sample script already made or know if its possible to have a script with a dropdown menu wyhere you can choose what floor you're on, then after one of the floors is clicked, the correct print server will appear in the input box?
I just want to user to just fill in the printer queue number. Our server names are very long so the user does not type it correctly most the time.

Thanks

Can't you just create different NT groups depending on the floor a user is based. Than you can add the needed printer in the login script.

You know, with Windows Server 2003 R2, you can push printer connections through Group Policies... No scripting involved
