KACE K1000 SMA Version 8.0 login failed, Can someone help me?

the root password to the backend is not for the end user.
The appliance is a closed appliance.
If you were able to login into the backend no one can say that the integrity is still valid so you would loose your support.

You can login into the front end (SMA/adminui or SMA/systemui or SMA/userui) or on the local console using the both users netdiag and konfig for config and diagnostic purposes.

so the solution to my problem is how, until now my server is dead, it must input the root password. I tried restarting the server just as there was no change
