Getting uac prompt when i launch the shortcut, tried shim fix & compatibility options in window

This is by design and not a compatibility issue, some programs require to be run elevated. You can get around this by creating a scheduled task set to run with the highest privileges then create a shortcut to the task. If you search the interwebs for "scheduled task to bypass UAC" you will find instructions to do this if you need help.
