Skipping 'K1000 Scripting Updater' because not allowed to execute logged off

We have several departments in our Organization.  I've created LDAP labels for the computers in each department and run updates using those labels.  I'm testing them out on one department only.  One computer will not get updates.  When I check the K1000 Scripting Updater log located under device detail, it says "Skipping 'K1000 Scripting Updater' because not allowed to execute logged off"  I don't see that particular script in the Scripting list so I can't check the settings to see if it runs when a person is logged on.

I need help with this error as I've included another small department in the patching schedule and am having the same issue with one computer there.  They both happen to be my boss' computers and eventually I'll be adding about 500 computers for updates.  I haven't contacted support, thought I would ask here first.
