Has anyone repackaged Trendmicro OfficeScan Client 5.58.0.1063.
I am not able to start the service ntrtscan from the msi.
It reports error 1920.
Does anyone know the cause of the problem and possible solution.

I'd be very leery of repackaging anything Antivirus-related. There are too many places to break something very important.
Better to concentrate efforts on building infrastructure or scripts that will silently install and update the OEM setup (or better, if they have an MSI, customize that with a transform).
Most AV vendors have some sort of proprietary push or update technology, and many make consessions to SMS, Installshield and other deployment tools, like providing canned pdf or ISS files. Explore the Trend web site for something like this.
