KACE Product Support Question
Upgraded from 9.0 til 9.1 - broke service desk with special characters
Upgraded our KACE SMA from 9.0 to 9.1, no problems - everything seems to be working fine.
But emails to our service desk is broken with norwegian special characters: ÆØÅ
No problems with KACE 9.0, any tips on how to resolve in 9.1 ?

this issue (K1-20549) was resolved in version 10.0. Have you thought about update to 10.0?
