Windows 7, USMT 5.0 and K2000
So we have run into some issues after the migration to USMT 5.0 on K2000. If we forget to transfer a user profile during imaging (k2000) we can no longer download the USMT file and run directly on the Windows 7 computer after imaging is complete.
I am guessing it is because USMT 5.0 is not compatible on the Windows 7 computer.
Anyone know of a work around? We used to do this quite regularly - use the K2000 to grab settings off a computer, and then download that file to another computer, and double click the .MIG, run windows easy transfer, etc. - was very handy for transfers where imaging was not involved.
