I believe this is what your are wanting. Change the 192.168.10 to the range your need. If you can give me more info I'll be able to assist you more.
SELECT NAME, IP, LAST_SYNC FROM MACHINE
WHERE IP LIKE '192.168.10%'
ORDER BY LAST_SYNC DESC
